By accessing or using Aperture.market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users — buyers, sellers, and visitors.
To sell on Aperture, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person — multiple accounts to circumvent fees or bans is prohibited.
Listings must accurately describe the item including condition and defects, include real photos of the actual item, be priced in USD, and list only items the seller owns and has the right to sell. Aperture may remove any listing that violates these terms.
The current listing fee is $4.99 per listing per 30-day period, charged upfront and non-refundable unless Aperture removes the listing in error. There is no commission on sales. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Aperture facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Sellers and buyers transact directly and are solely responsible for completing their exchange. Aperture does not guarantee item condition or that transactions will be completed.
If an item doesn’t match its description, contact the seller first through the Aperture inbox. If unresolved, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Aperture’s decision on disputes is final.
Aperture is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aperture Marketplace, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by that user in the preceding 12 months.
