By accessing or using Aperture.market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
To sell on Aperture, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person.
Listings must accurately describe the item, include real photos, be priced in USD, and list only items the seller owns and has the right to sell.
The current listing fee is $4.99 per listing per 30-day period, charged upfront and non-refundable. There is no commission on sales. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Aperture facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction.
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery for unresolved disputes.
Aperture is provided “as is” without warranties. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid by that user in the preceding 12 months.
